1. Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Digital Savings Savings Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a Digital Savings plan is initiated.
